# Pharmacy & Medication Disclosure

## 1. This Website Does Not Sell or Dispense Medication

Texian Health & Longevity is a telehealth medical practice, not a pharmacy. We do not sell, dispense, ship, or store prescription medication. No medication can be purchased through this website. Fees shown on our Pricing & Consultations page reflect medical services, provider oversight, and the pass-through cost of medications billed through our partner pharmacies.

## 2. Where Prescriptions Are Filled

When a prescription is clinically appropriate, it is transmitted electronically to a pharmacy licensed in the United States and in the state where you are located. Patients may use the pharmacy of their choice. Some therapies — including certain hormone and weight management preparations — are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies registered with the applicable state boards of pharmacy.

## 3. Compounded Medications

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. They are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for an identified patient pursuant to a valid prescription. Your provider will discuss the risks, benefits, and alternatives to any compounded therapy before it is prescribed.

## 4. Financial Relationships

We do not receive commissions, kickbacks, or per-prescription payments from any pharmacy, laboratory, or manufacturer. Prescribing decisions are based solely on clinical appropriateness.

## 5. Controlled Substances

Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Controlled substance prescriptions are issued only after a valid clinical evaluation and in compliance with the Ryan Haight Act, DEA regulations, and state prescription monitoring requirements. Controlled substances are never shipped or resold by this practice.

## 6. Refills, Returns, and Recalls

Refills require current laboratory monitoring and an active treatment relationship. Dispensed medication cannot be returned or refunded once shipped by a pharmacy. If a pharmacy issues a recall affecting your medication, we will notify you at the contact information on file.

## 7. Medication Safety

Never share prescription medication, adjust your dose without provider guidance, or purchase hormone or weight loss medication from unlicensed online sellers. Report suspected adverse reactions to your provider immediately and, for serious events, to the FDA MedWatch program at https://www.fda.gov/safety/medwatch.
